We build transparent, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships with our stakeholders as the basis to create value and endure over time. In 2021 we carried out a Perception Study that allowed us to understand how our stakeholders perceive the actions we implement, and thus align our objectives to generate value for them. This is how our stakeholders perceive us:

Most stakeholders recognize CFS Logistics and its offer and highlight its customer focus as a strength along with its key values of respect, honesty, and commitment. They deem that this company meets what it promises and seeks to optimize its process. Though they have no knowledge of its finance, they do feel it’s sound. They value the sense of responsibility of the business considering its obligations to local and national authorities and its employees. They feel that the employees enjoy working in this business and are in good condition.

They deem that environmental and outreach management is a priority, and recognize the protocols to take care of the environment as well as the training given to its employees to meet said protocols. Moreover, they highlight that its contribution to communities and region has been significant, and they know about the work done by FGL (GreenLand Foundation) which is perceived as positive.

Sustainability Policy

During 2021 we implemented our Sustainability Policy, which is the framework for managing our businesses, and promotes an organizational culture in which all employees share and internalize the challenges we face with respect to this strategic pillar.
